1. Ticket Delivery Method
All tickets purchased through our website/app are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and/or a digital ticket (QR code or barcode) which can be scanned at the cinema entrance.

2. Email Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly. If you do not receive your ticket within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team.

3. Mobile Tickets
Tickets may also be accessed directly through our mobile app (if applicable). Simply log in to your account to view or present your ticket at the cinema.

4. No Physical Ticket Delivery
We do not offer physical (paper) ticket delivery for online purchases. All tickets must be accessed digitally.

5. Entry Requirements
Please present your digital ticket (email or app) at the entrance. A valid photo ID may be required for age-restricted films or discounted tickets.
